Gainz is a strength and conditioning program for teens and adults of any age.
STRENGTH: This portion of class utilizes dumbbells or barbells of varying weights to perform exercises such as squats, presses, and deadlifts. In addition to weights. We also work on strengthening the body practicing exercises such as strict pull-ups, dips, handstands, sit-ups, and push-ups.
CONDITIONING: These workouts are performed at a slightly faster pace to increase the heart rate and break a sweat. using exercises such as cardio bikes, rowers, jump roping, light weighted exercises, and various body weight drills.
Each class is limited to 10 to ensure safety and proper coaching.
First class is $15 to try.
