Tuesday & Thursday 5:30pm

Combat is a fitness boxing class modeled after the conditioning workout of a boxer (no sparring).

Boxing portion of class takes place either on our Focusmaster boxing pads or mitts and gloves.

Conditioning portion of class is is a series of intervals or circuit training. (Circuit includes 8 stations of battle ropes, assualt bikes, upper body, plyo boxes, lower body, core, jump rope &tires (flips/sledgehammer).

STRONG


Wednesday 5:30pm

STRONG combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music.

In a one-hour class, you will burn calories while toning arms, legs, abs and glutes. Plyometric or explosive moves like high knees, burpees, and jumping jacks are interchanged with isometric moves like lunges, squats, and kickboxing.

Indoor Cycling

Tuesday 4:30pm & 6:30pm
Sunday 8am

Indoor Cycling Is taught by experienced and certified Spin® instructors. Classes focus on building endurance and strength using intervals, high intensity and recovery.

The Keiser m3i allows you to take class at your pace, increasing and decreasing resistance to allow you to ride at your fitness level.

All levels welcome. This class is limited to 10.

Zumba is dance fitness featuring movements inspired by various styles of Latin American dance to Latin & American music.

Miner Combat offers a high energy Zumba® class. No need to know the moves, just come and have fun.

Yoga



Sunday 9am

Style is a Vinyasa Flow, anywhere from Gentle, to Power Yoga. Focus is on proper body alignment and body awareness. 

Class leaves you feeling calm, yet energized for your day.

ChicBoxing is an all female, fitness boxing class. 

Class alternates between 5 minute rounds of boxing and 5 minute rounds of weight and/or bodyweight exercises.

Boxing combinations are set to the beat of high energy music on our Focusmaster equipment.

EARLY MORNING

24 Rounds (12 Boxing & 12 Strength)

This 30 min non-stop boxing & strength class is instructor planned and supervised.
You choose your arrival time.

• Doors open at 5:15 am

• Arrive anytime between 5:15-6am to begin your rounds.

• Workouts end by 6:30am

Optional cycling area to use during the 30 mins or anytime in addition to your 30 min rounds

Gainz



Monday/Wednesday 6:30pm

Friday 5:30pm

Gainz is a strength and conditioning program for teens and adults of any age.

STRENGTH: This portion of class utilizes dumbbells or barbells of varying weights to perform exercises such as squats, presses, and deadlifts. In addition to weights. We also work on strengthening the body practicing exercises such as strict pull-ups, dips, handstands, sit-ups, and push-ups.

CONDITIONING: These workouts are performed at a slightly faster pace to increase the heart rate and break a sweat. using exercises such as cardio bikes, rowers, jump roping, light weighted exercises, and various body weight drills.

Each class is limited to 10 to ensure safety and proper coaching.

First class is $15 to try.

Cost $150 / 6 weeks (12 classes) & nutrition

Each week you will progress at your own pace building strength and lean muscle mass.

Customized nutritional targets.
Online nutrition support group.

Appropriate for all levels 18+ from beginners to advanced.
